Message from the President

There was a time in my life when I was expected to suffer in silence — as a wife, a daughter-in-law, a woman. But instead, by giving up, I chose to fight back.
Married at sixteen. Harassed for dowry. Rejected. Abandoned. For a moment, it felt as though my life had ended before it truly began. Yet, somewhere deep inside, I held on to one thing — hope.
From working as a domestic help, to a sanitation worker, to learning how to drive and eventually becoming a bus driver — every step was a battle. But each challenge became a stepping stone. Every insult became fuel for my determination……
Today, I am proud to lead Sow Saraswati Jadhav Bahuuddeshiya Sevabhaji Sanstha — an organization born from my pain, my passion, and my purpose. Our mission is to empower women, educate children, fight hunger, support the elderly, and help those trapped in addiction find freedom.
I don’t just want to help others — I want to show them that no matter how broken life may seem, it can be rebuilt. With the right support and belief, every woman, every child, every struggling soul can transform their pain into power.
